Grape history: Less well known than other native Apulian varieties, Verdeca is an interesting grape, capable of yielding wines of great pleasantness and aromatic richness. A grape that is often enhanced through careful vinification, with low fermentation temperatures and aging in steel.
Vinification: Apulian alberello training system, harvest time late September. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 10 to 15 days.
Clear tending to greenish yellow.
Bouquet fragrant, slightly fruity.
Intense, harmonious and pleasant.
Indicate for Mediterranean fish-based first courses.
100% VERDECA IGT.
Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature for 10/15 days.
12 % vol. 75 ml.
