Puglia IGT White Fiano

Grape history:Aromatic FIANO or Minutolo is grown with effort in the handkerchiefs of land surrounding the trulli of the Itria Valley. The cluster is minute in shape so the yield never exceeds 50/55 quintals/ha. Fiano is a precious and rare grape variety.

Vinification: The must is fermented at a controlled temperature to promote the exaltation of the varietal aromas and flavors that typify the product

Wine with a straw-yellow color.

Intense aroma of fresh fruit.

Pleasant and harmonious on the palate.

Suitable with appetizers, seafood and Mediterranean first courses.

100% FIANO  IGT.

Wine ready after about 2 months from bottling.

12% vol. 750 ml.
